Corporate Empower Events
Stand Tall CIC’s Corporate Empower Events take leaders and teams out of the workplace and into nature - where people think more clearly, speak more openly and work together with greater purpose. These are not away-days for the sake of it. They are structured, embodied experiences that help people regulate first and perform next, so they return to work with more steadiness, alignment and clarity.
Corporate bookings directly support our Pay-It-Forward programme, funding places for men to access nature-based experiences that strengthen resilience and mental fitness across the wider community. This is wellbeing with impact.

Outdoor experiences that build clarity, trust and resilience in teams.
Why Empower Events Work
When you bring people outdoors and take away the pressure of a room, something shifts. Barriers drop. Conversations open. Connection builds. Empower Events use nature, movement and shared experience to help people show up as humans first - and colleagues second.
These events support organisations to:
-
Build calm and composure under pressure
-
Strengthen psychological safety and trust
-
Improve communication and team cohesion
-
Refresh leadership clarity and direction
-
Reconnect teams with shared purpose and values
-
Reduce stress and burnout by teaching practical regulation tools
Your people return with clearer thinking and a stronger sense of team.
The Five Core Experiences
Each Empower Event is built around five immersive elements. Together they create a day that balances grounding, challenge and reflection in the right way for your team.
🌿 Reset Space
-
Breathwork, grounding and time in nature to reset the nervous system and build composure.
🏔️ Summit
-
Gentle movement and shared effort that naturally open conversation and strengthen trust.
🔥 Forge
-
Fire, food and focused roles that build clarity, responsibility and connection.
💧 Tempering
-
Cold-water immersion or controlled stress practices that build courage and emotional steadiness.
🧭 Compass
-
Values, direction and alignment — the part that helps teams walk away with momentum, not just insight.
We adapt each of these elements to suit your organisation’s goals, accessibility needs and preferred level of challenge

What Men Say
"If inside your head is racing with problems or you have strong feelings of anger, shame, guilt, sadness, whatever, this is a perfect opportunity to calm those thoughts and feelings through the power of nature and experienced guidance." Harry
"At the start of the day I was stuck in my own head and over-thinking things. By the end of the day, I was calm and collected and was able to be present in the day and remember to just concentrate on that moment." Andrew
"I gained a new way of taking control with the breathing exercises and the cold swim. I felt a sense of peace, a better connection with the outdoors, and tools to be able to stabilise myself internally and be more present in the moment." Peter

Our Social Impact –
The Pay-It-Forward Model
Every corporate booking helps fund our Pay-It-Forward Events - nature-based experiences for groups of men who would benefit from strengthening resilience, mental fitness and connection.
We also receive additional support through grant funding and contributions from referring organisations such as veterans’ charities, blue-light organisations and addiction recovery services.
When you invest in your team, you’re also supporting your community.
