TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
OUTDOORS
I have many years of working (and playing) outdoors. I have taken students to far flung countries and supported expeditions closer to home. Ensuring I have the right training to work with clients therapeutically outdoors is important, Joining the 7 month Certificate programme in Contact-Oriented Psychotherapy in a Nature Setting through the Heart Wood charity has given me the space to reflect on my own relationship with Nature and how I can support clients therapeutically in the outdoors.
