These are not away-days for the sake of it. They are structured, embodied experiences that help people regulate first and perform next, so they return to work with more steadiness, alignment and clarity.

Five Core Experiences
Each Empower Event is built around five immersive elements. Together they create a day that balances grounding, challenge and reflection in the right way for your team.
🌿 Reset Space - Grounding and regulation to help the nervous system settle

Reset Space creates time to slow down, arrive, and regulate. Through simple grounding practices, breathwork, and time in nature, participants begin to shift out of constant alert and into a steadier, more receptive state.

This supports mental fitness by helping people feel calmer, more present, and better able to engage with the day ahead.
🏔️ Summit - Movement through terrain that builds trust and perspective

Summit involves walking together in natural terrain, creating shared effort without performance pressure.

Moving side-by-side reduces formality, supports regulation, and allows conversation to unfold more naturally.

This strengthens mental fitness by encouraging perspective, connection, and trust.
🔥 Forge - Connection through shared roles, purpose, and contribution

Forge focuses on building fire in pairs, encouraging cooperation, attention, and shared responsibility.

Individual fires are then combined to create a larger shared fire, reinforcing connection and collective purpose through practical action.

The shared fire can also become a space to prepare and eat food together, extending the experience of cooperation and connection in a grounded way.
💧 Tempering - Optional challenge to build steadiness under pressure

Tempering introduces optional, carefully held experiences of controlled stress.

Experiences such as cold-water immersion are designed to be supportive rather than overwhelming, helping participants notice how they respond under pressure and practise staying grounded.

This builds mental fitness by increasing emotional steadiness, confidence, and self-trust.
🧭 Compass - Reflection that turns experience into insight and direction

Around the fire, compass creates space for reflection on what the experience has brought up and how it connects to work, life, and values.

A Typical Empower Day
A full-day Empower Event is designed to be an immersive yet accessible way of building mental fitness.
